These first three images are of my friend James who kindly posed as my model. I as going for light trails in these pictures; I was really interested in seeing just how the smoke from the cigarette would interact with the light from the end and with the little motions James made as he sat in his computer chair.
For these pictures I wanted to just get some shots of the moon and play with exposure times to see how the motion of the clouds moving across the sky would look. I know these moon pictures still need a bit of work; I could have kept the shutter open longer and tried for star trails, or I could have focused more on the clouds... These are still works in progress, but I do really like second to last one down the best. I just like the smoky atmosphere because of the moonlight and the clouds.
